JAKARTA – Perusahaan layanan berbasis aplikasi atau aplikator transportasi Grab mengatakan besaran potongan komisi antara perusahaan dan mitra pengemudi ojek daring/online (ojol) sudah sesuai dengan regulasi pemerintah Indonesia. Hal ini menyusul Komisi V DPR yang diminta segera menyetujui regulasi soal pembatasan potongan tarif oleh aplikator transportasi online maksimal hanya 10 persen.
Chief of Public Affairs Grab Indonesia Tirza Munusamy dalam keterangan tertulis yang dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Selasa (6/5/2025) menegaskan perusahaan patuh atas aturan pemerintah.
Adapun aturan tersebut tertuang dalam Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 1001 Tahun 2022 tentang Perubahan atas Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor KP 667 Tahun 2022 mengenai Pedoman Perhitungan Biaya Jasa Penggunaan Sepeda Motor yang Digunakan untuk Kepentingan Masyarakat yang Dilakukan dengan Aplikasi.
Tirza mengatakan biaya layanan tersebut merupakan bentuk bagi hasil antara Grab dan mitra pengemudi dalam menyediakan layanan transportasi bagi konsumen. Lebih lanjut, sebagian dari biaya layanan ini dikembalikan untuk menunjang kebutuhan dan membantu pengembangan kapasitas mitra pengemudi melalui berbagai inisiatif.
Tak hanya bergantung pada komisi atau biaya layanan yang dikenakan pada mitra atas penggunaan aplikasi, Tirza mengatakan pendapatan Grab juga bersumber dari biaya jasa aplikasi atau biaya pemesanan (platform fee).
Biaya ini, kata dia, merupakan biaya tambahan yang dibayarkan langsung oleh pelanggan sebagai pengguna layanan. Tirza melanjutkan, struktur ini sejalan dengan praktik industri digital lainnya, seperti pada pembelian tiket kereta api atau pesawat pada platform perjalanan.
“Selain harga tiket, pembeli juga dikenakan biaya layanan untuk mendukung operasional dan pengembangan teknologi platform,” kata dia.
Sebelumnya, Anggota Komisi V DPR RI Adian Napitupulu mendesak forum untuk segera menyetujui regulasi soal pembatasan potongan tarif oleh aplikator transportasi maksimal 10 persen.
Adian menilai hal itu dapat mengangkat kesejahteraan anak-anak para mitra pengemudi. (Redaksi)
